William Bendlowe is a small Charity based in Shalford Essex promoting community life and social interaction in and around Shalford and local villages.

Governance

The Trustees consider the continuance of William Bendlowe Charity for the benefit of Shalford and local communities for many more years to come, of the utmost importance. We believe the key to the Charity being successful is strong Governance and have dedicated time and effort in recent months to this end by:-

  • Re-writng and Updating our Governing Document
  • Adopting relevant Policies and Procedures
  • Adopting relevant Job Descriptions

Copies of all the listed documents are hosted on this section of William Bendlowe’s Website BUT the most important element can not be hosted here. It consists of volunteers willingly demonstrating their passion, empathy, skills and the time we need to help us to reach our goals.

We are actively looking to fill a Trustee position plus other volunteers.
