William Bendlowe is a small Charity based in Shalford Essex promoting community life and social interaction in and around Shalford and local villages. Our aims and objectives are to promote the community and strive towards reducing loneliness as much as possible by creating a feeling of belonging and wellbeing within the community.
We organise local events for villagers to attend in order to mix and socialise. Our main event is Meet & Greet which is held every first Friday of the month. In addition, we organise outings and other functions throughout the year catering for both the minority and majority.
